Do you have stock for all items?
Our pieces are mostly made to order, please allow 5-10 working days for your order to ship.


Why is the color/ pattern on the gemstone looks different from the website?
Each pearls and gemstones we use are unique beauty from nature. We can’t ensure the exact same color/ pattern, though we can guarantee you the best quality as all the stones are handpicked by our gemstones specialist in high standard.


What payment do you accept?
We accept major debit cards and credit cards (American Express, Visa &  Mastercard), Paypal, Apple pay, Google pay


Can i apply 2 or more promotion code on the same order?
Only 1 promotion code can be applied per order.


How do i know if my order was placed successfully?
You should be able to receive a confirmation email from us if your order was placed successfully. Please be sure to check the spam folder as well. If you don’t receive any confirmation email, please email us at novellabespoke@gmail.com and we will follow up accordingly.


What if there's damage on the hair jewelry?
We take every precaution to ensure our pieces are at the best condition and are safely packaged before the shipment. If you are unsure whether it is a natural imperfection or damage during shipment, please take a picture of it and email us asap. We will happily repair or replace the item if it arrives damaged. Does Novella Finery have a store?
