SHIPPING IN HONG KONG

For Hong Kong customer, we offer free delivery for purchase over USD$70. Delivery time is usually within 2-3 days. For express shipping or shipping on specific date, please contact us for more information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free standard international shipping to all orders totally USD$150 or more. Qualifying international orders will be shipped using standard shipping services.

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO SHIP?

Our pieces are mostly made to order, please allow 5-10 working days for your order to ship. Once your order is shipped, for all standard services we estimate you will receive it within 3 weeks of its shipment date. Shipping times may vary but we will try our hardest to get this to you as quickly as possible. Please note we do not ship on weekends and we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Weekends and holidays should not be included when calculating delivery times for shipping services.

Novella Finery is not responsible for lost shipments that arise due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped. 

TAXES AND CUSTOM

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid by the local carrier and are not collected by NOVELLA. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). They also have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in some cases, may also delay delivery.

Customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other importing charges are out of our control and vary by country. Standard (national post service) and express shipping providers (DHL, UPS, Fedex and EMS) notify the customer if such fees apply. They are the responsibility of the customer and due upon receipt of your package.

Please note, NOVELLA is unable to accept returns for unpaid customs taxes and fees. If you choose not to collect your package which has custom fees owing, your package will be discarded and you will not be refunded. We are also unable to issue refunds for any form of shipment delays caused by third party carriers.
